Avazando provides a full refund for all items that remain unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase, excluding the shipping cost. Return shipping fees will be paid at the customer's expense. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected to verify its unopened and unused condition.
Return Policy
Avazando provides partial refunds for undamaged, opened items within 30 days of purchase. Customers will receive a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price, excluding the initial shipping cost. Return shipping fees will be paid at the customer's expense. Returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected to verify its undamaged condition. Note: We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside of Australia.
Return ConditionsThe product has defects originating from the manufacturer, was inaccurately represented on the website, or sustained damage during transit.
Return ProcessStep 1: Emailing our customer support at avazando.work@gmail.com to inform us of your intent to return an item.
Step 2: Providing product details, including essential information such as order code, product name, reasons for return, and a photo of product (if any).
Step 3: Avazando will verify your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return.
Step 4: After receiving the returned product, Avazando will check the product and process a return or refund within 7 working days.
Return CostsShipping fees for products returned due to manufacturing defects or unmatched with the website’s description will be covered by Avazando.
In case you wish to return a product due to personal reasons, , you are responsible for paying the costs of return shipping.
